So the journey of life is such that you have choices to make. Paths to choose, concepts to reject or embrace. The thing I'm beginning to realize is this: the christian journey is a choice. Faith in Christ and everything He taught is a daily choice. The problem with me and my cavernous brain is that I like to question things. I like the challenge of coming to conclusions based on a horde of inputs. But:
..faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see...
What do I hope in? Too often my hope defaults to a future with staples that are material and temporary. I need to place my hope in things concrete and lasting. Things like hope in a world that's wrecked with hope of the Giver of hope. Because after all
...faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see...
